This is an important aspect that is often neglected because a manager’s time and schedule are too tight. Observation and regular visits to the work environment must be included in the calendar. To stay current in business, continuous review and research are essential. A good leader is able to not only manage the present but also look to the future to ensure excellence and products. Conducting and evaluating research is an important way to plan and be prepared for the future.
